Refund Policy
At DecoKnown, we strive to deliver exceptional event planning services. However, we understand that plans may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the timing of the cancellation:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event: Eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the event: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Deposits
Certain bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and event setup. This amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Modifications & Rescheduling
- If you wish to reschedule an event, we will accommodate the change based on availability. Rescheduling may be subject to additional charges.
- In case of rescheduling, any payments made will be adjusted toward the new event date rather than refunded
5. Event Disruptions & Force Majeure
- If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies), DecoKnown reserves the right to reschedule the event or offer a partial refund, depending on incurred costs.
- If DecoKnown must cancel an event due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued.
